Our Lady of Guadalupe School participates in the USDA Lunch Program sponsored by the federal government. A hot lunch is available each day. Students are welcome to participate in the government lunch program, purchase a lunch, or bring a lunch from home. Students who bring their lunches are welcome to purchase milk.
OLG students wear uniforms. Our dress code, the complete uniform policy, and our enforcement policy are provided to parents at the time of registration. The basic uniform includes plaid jumpers or skirts for girls, depending on their grade level. Boys and girls may also wear navy blue school-style pants with white or red uniform shirts. The uniform plaid items are available at Fischer's Parochial Fashions at the corner of N. Lindbergh and Lindsay Lane.
Religion Class and Weekly Mass
Our Lady of Guadelupe is a Catholic school and operates under the direction of the Archdiocese of St. Louis. All students participate in daily religion classes and attend Mass at least weekly.
We use a traditional elementary school curriculum in Prekindergarten through Grade 8. In addition to the core subjects, students also participate in Music, Physical Education, Spanish and Computer classes. We have Title I services available for those students who qualify. We are most fortunate to have a group of volunteer tutors who are available to assist our students.
